The DATEV field sales Data Analytics team supports colleagues – primarily in the field – with sales data related to sales and analytics . The goal is to strengthen strategy, requirements, communication, marketing and sales planning, as well as sales lead and action management, through in-depth target group and potential analyses. We provide a robust data network and expert advice to transform numbers into concrete decisions.

Key tasks include, in particular:

• You will provide support in advising and in defining suitable criteria to achieve the analysis goals.
• You create analyses and prepare target group and customer segmentations.
• You analyze data and relationships and present them in an understandable way.
• You visualize results, for example in dashboards.
• You communicate the insights gained in a target-group-oriented manner to internal contacts.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Science or a comparable field of study.
• You bring initial practical experience in the field of data science, ideally complemented by basic knowledge of data engineering.
• You work in a structured, independent and analytical manner.
• You impress with your team orientation, affinity for numbers and a high degree of reliability.
• You enjoy collaborating with different colleagues and user-oriented communication.
• Ideally, you have initial experience with dashboarding tools as well as good knowledge of relevant programming languages ​​and data environments (e.g. Python, R, SQL).
