THE TASKS
Design and further development of the internal AI application and use at Corventis
Development, structuring, and maintenance of a central prompt library for recruiting and consulting applications
Support in the conception, testing, and evaluation of new AI tools, models, and workflows
Translation of the team's professional requirements into AI-supported solutions
Participation in AI guidelines and training standards with a focus on GDPR and the EU AI Act
YOUR PROFILE
Current studies in a relevant field such as business informatics, computer science, data science, or a comparable degree program
Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical application in a work context
Initial experience with AI tools and large language models, ideally also with prompt design
High degree of curiosity, Self-initiative and a strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling sensitive data.
Excellent German skills; English skills are an advantage.
