OlbrichtArom has been developing and producing flavorings for the food industry for over 150 years. At our Technology Center in Ahrensburg, we combine expertise and state-of-the-art technology to offer innovative and market-driven solutions for our customers. Our production facility is located in Hatten. We are part of the Stern-Wywiol Group, a dynamic, independent group of companies with 14 plants in Germany and 20 international subsidiaries worldwide.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison, ensuring our master data is maintained reliably, completely, and according to the highest quality standards. Become part of a dedicated team that works together every day to guarantee excellent products and transparent processes.
Your tasks
  • Creation of raw material master data in the ERP system
  • Creation of finished goods master data including production bills of materials
  • Preparation of product specifications including full declaration
  • Responsible Halal and Kosher Management
  • Maintenance, updating and quality assurance of all master data in the relevant ERP systems
  • Ensuring compliance with food law regulations (LMIV, Flavourings Regulation, allergens, declaration guidelines)
  • Close collaboration with R&D, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, purchasing and sales
Your profile
  • Completed vocational training or studies in the food sector, e.g. food technology, nutritional science or food chemistry
  • Very high accuracy and care are required, as master data forms a central basis for production, logistics and declaration.
  • Analytical and structured work style, as well as enjoyment of processes and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration with R&D, quality, purchasing and sales
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Teamwork & service orientation
  • Ideally, experience in the food or flavorings sector as well as knowledge of GS1 standards and international certifications (IFS, BRC, FSSC)
