What you'll do

Controlling & Financial Reporting

  • Take ownership of budget vs. actual analyses, variance analyses, and ad-hoc reports – and turn insights into meaningful business recommendations
  • Play an active role in strategic, financial, cost, and revenue planning processes
  • Design and analyze dashboards, KPIs, and reporting models to support both internal and external financial decision-making
  • Act as a trusted business partner to department heads, supporting key financial and investment decisions

Business Intelligence

  • Leverage internal and external data to identify opportunities and drive process improvements
  • Further develop and optimize business intelligence systems to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects within the Commercial Division and help shape business processes

What you'll need

  • A degree in Business Administration (focus on Controlling) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in controlling or management consulting
  • Advanced Excel skills, especially in working with formulas and pivot tables
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, OLAP databases, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), combined with a strong interest in data-driven and tech-enabled solutions
  • Fluency in German and English
  • A strong analytical mindset, high affinity for numbers, and a structured way of thinking
  • Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take ownership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, creativity, and a hands-on approach
