Your tasks:

• You develop interactive dashboards, primarily using Power BI – for operational teams, management, and specific use cases.

• You will accompany analytics projects from requirements gathering and concept development to the coordination of technical implementation.

• Together with the team, you are responsible for the underlying technical architecture – including data modeling, API integration, and SQL queries.

• You work closely with specialist departments, understand their processes and develop high-performance solutions based on them with clearly defined key performance indicators.

• You ensure that our solutions are not only functional and meaningful, but also technically stable, maintainable and future-proof.

• You have a "hands-on" mentality and enjoy using your ideas to further advance logistics at Gardena.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, data analytics, logistics or comparable qualification

• Solid knowledge of Power BI, data modeling and SQL

• Experience with API connections, data integration, and technical architectures in the BI/Analytics environment.

• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to understand processes and develop key performance indicator (KPI) solutions based on them.

• Experience in collaborating with specialist departments, particularly in logistics

• Structured, solution-oriented and independent work style

• Teamwork skills, strong communication skills and a high degree of implementation orientation

• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

• Hands-on mentality and motivation to actively advance logistics processes through data-driven decisions
