Special foundation engineering machinery is our passion. We are a medium-sized family business from Niedernberg (near Aschaffenburg) with approximately 250 employees. As an internationally active machine manufacturer, we offer a comprehensive range of machines, tools, and accessories for specialist foundation engineering in the areas of pile driving and drilling technology.

We are looking to fill a position at our Niedernberg location as soon as possible.

Software engineer IoT, full stack (m/f/d)

as a competent addition to our Digitalization group in the Electrical Engineering Development and Design department.

Your tasks:

• Collaboration in a dynamic and motivated team on challenging and varied tasks in the field of digitalization of our specialist foundation engineering machines
• Supporting colleagues in the further development of our in-house customer portal and fleet management system
• joint development of digital solutions and services based on this

Your profile:

• Interest in IoT systems and enjoyment of challenging tasks
• a successful Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or comparable relevant experience
• Knowledge of IoT applications (MQTT, OPC UA)
• Knowledge of Python (Pytest, Matplotlib, Flask applications)
• Basic knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable:
  • Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Communication
  • Cyber ​​Security (CRA, NIS2)
  • Update Over-the-Air (OTA)
  • API development
  • Linux and Containerization (Docker)
• High self-motivation and an independent and solution-oriented work style
• strong team spirit
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
