Head of Business Continuity & Cybersecurity Compliance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the group-wide BCM/resilience strategy, including the establishment, further development and management of the BCM system in Group IT.
  • Management of analyses as well as derivation and moderation of emergency concepts and recovery plans.
  • Planning, execution and follow-up of tests, exercises and simulations including documentation, action tracking and continuous optimization
  • Ensuring compliance with NIS-2 requirements and similar regulations in the context of BCM/IT resilience, as well as preparing and supporting audits and reviews.
  • Sparring partner and central contact person for BCM and NIS-2 in the Winkelmann Group, including the development and moderation of a BCM network as well as the conception and implementation of training courses and awareness measures.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration with an IT focus or comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in BCM/ IT emergency management/ information security management
  • Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, including BCM and security standards (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ITIL, risk management), familiarity with NIS-2 and related regulations.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills, as well as very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Leadership sovereignty and consulting orientation
