Your tasks
- Participation in data and reporting activities for sales in Germany
- Ensuring data quality, consistency of reporting and transparency throughout Germany
- Collection, processing and consolidation of sales data from various systems into structured reports and dashboards
- Tracking sales performance against targets to identify performance deviations early, including following up on defined countermeasures.
- Creation and maintenance of standardized KPI reports for sales management, team leaders and sales operations.
- Support with forecasts, performance monitoring and ad-hoc analyses for operational management
- Providing analytical insights and data inputs for sales management and strategy
Your profile
- Completed studies in an economics-related subject or in statistics, analytics or data science
- Several years of experience in the fields of analytics, business intelligence or controlling, preferably in the commercial or sales sector.
- Expertise in KPIs, dashboard creation & data analysis
- Knowledge of QlikSense or Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems (SFDC/C4C) and reporting tools; knowledge of SQL, Python/R and AI tools is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English
- Team player with excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
- Advanced analytical thinking combined with the visualization of findings
