MEAG is part of the Munich Re Group and one of the world's leading asset management companies. We are looking for a working student in Sales Management & Marketing (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible at our Munich offices , where we will need your support, including on-site assistance .

Shape the future with us:

• End-to-end development of sophisticated reporting and analytics use cases based on Databricks – from the initial business requirement to a production-ready, clean solution.
• In-depth analysis, transformation, and modeling of complex datasets using SQL and/or Python in a scalable environment
• Design, implementation and performance optimization of high-quality queries as well as precise calculation and business logics for demanding KPIs.
• Active participation in the development of robust data and reporting architectures, including clean data models, technical standards, and best practices.
• Technical support for project management as well as professional documentation of use cases, data flows and logic; collaboration via Azure DevOps (e.g. boards, repos)

This is what you bring to the table:

• Excellent degree in business informatics, data science, computer science or a comparable quantitative degree program with a strong technical focus
• Solid practical experience with SQL and Python, as well as initial exposure to modern analytics and reporting stacks (e.g., Databricks, Power BI, Azure environment)
• A deep understanding of data modeling, data flows and automation, ideally with experience in analytical data models and scalable data pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented and quality-focused approach to work, even when dealing with complex issues.
• High level of self-motivation and team spirit: You take responsibility, think proactively, contribute your own ideas and strive to continuously improve processes and solutions.
• German language skills at least at level B2
