YOUR TASKS:
- Leading and coordinating global AI initiatives - from ideation and rollout to scaling
- Responsibility for AI iso-cases and their successful implementation in business
- Management and structuring of AI projects, stakeholders, and priorities across functions
- Actively promoting AI adoption
- Collaboration on selected AI implementations (e.g., AI Agents, Copilots) in the Microsoft, SAP, and Azure environments.
- Prototyping and implementing smaller solutions to create immediate added value
- Translating requirements into concrete, implementable solutions
- Continuous establishment and development of frameworks, governance structures and best practices for AI initiatives
- Proactive identification of new potential
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable field
- Proven experience in AI or digital transformation initiatives
- Solid background in project management, coordination and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience in AI implementation, ideally in the areas of AI Agents / Copilots, Azure AI Services and the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI)
- Experience in change management and the introduction of new technologies
- Knowledge of SAP Joule is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- German language skills, both spoken and written
- Ability and mindset to pragmatically implement smaller solutions independently
- Ability to combine structured project work with operational, hands-on implementation
