Your tasks

  • You will help develop the company-wide master data strategy and manage the implementation of the programs derived from it.
  • You will have overall professional responsibility for the Master Data Management (MDM) program. You will coordinate, manage, and lead the implementation of the MDM strategy and, in close collaboration with the governance board, business, and IT, embed it company-wide in the long term.
  • You implement committee decisions within the organization, monitor the progress of the overall program, and, if necessary, derive appropriate measures to achieve the objectives.
  • You monitor and measure data quality, define data quality rules, and create meaningful KPI and quality reports.
  • You harmonize master data and master data processes across all relevant business areas, establish data maintenance processes, rules, standards and quality objectives, and ensure compliance with them.
  • You will work closely with Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, and specialist and IT departments.

Your profile

  • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or data management of complex organizations
  • Solid knowledge of master data strategies, data quality management, MDM frameworks and data architectures
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication and moderation skills at all levels
  • Assertiveness, conflict resolution skills and strong cooperation skills
