These will be your tasks

• You will provide support in data management for capital investment, with a focus on real assets (real estate, infrastructure, real estate financing).
• You will program scripts and automations in Python to make our data processes more efficient.
• You build, maintain, and continuously develop data models and processes.
• You create SQL queries and optimize the performance of database accesses.
• You develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, thereby providing meaningful decision-making tools.
• You ensure high data quality and provide consistent, reliable data sets.

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, economics, business administration, mathematics or a comparable field of study
• Basic programming skills in Python and confident handling of SQL and relational databases
• Knowledge and initial experience in Prompt Engineering
• Prior experience with Power BI is desirable.
• Interest in investment products, particularly in the area of ​​real assets
• Ideally, initial experience in data management or reporting in the financial or investment environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent work style.
• Teamwork skills and willingness to learn about new specialist topics, e.g. artificial intelligence
