THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
- Consulting and support for customers throughout the entire development process of extensive ETL routes
- Conceptualization and implementation of technical requirements in Microsoft Fabric, involving other departments of the SoCura companies, customer representatives and external partners.
- Commissioning and managing support and development requests to service providers
- Initiation, evaluation including responsible management of service and change requests as well as analysis and
resolution of incidents. - Management of specialist projects and creation of business blueprints, as well as participation in defect management.
- Preparation and delivery of solution presentations in the course of project work, customer acquisitions, and evaluation committees.
- Creation of documentation
- Training of users and customers in the assigned area of responsibility
- Participation in achieving the departmental goals
- Support in the training of apprentices and students
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
THIS IS WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive professional experience in ETL development, ideally in conjunction with a heterogeneous system landscape
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Practical experience in Python development
- Certification in Microsoft Fabric / Power BI is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of the conception and creation of business blueprints.
- Independent, quality- and goal-oriented work style as well as analytical, solution-oriented thinking
- Excellent comprehension skills, with the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex topics.
- Strong service mentality as well as good communication and teamwork skills
