- In this role, you will be responsible for leading and continuously developing our IT team, as well as the operational and strategic management of all IT areas.
- Your responsibilities include identifying, evaluating and prioritizing digital initiatives for the sustainable optimization of processes and structures.
- They are responsible for the implementation and management of IT and digitization projects, ensuring a stable, efficient and secure IT system landscape.
- A particular focus is on the introduction and productive use of AI-based solutions for process automation, data analysis and decision support.

- They have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, digital business or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in a leading IT or digitalization role, ideally from the industrial SME sector and/or a corporate environment.
- You possess sound knowledge in the areas of IT infrastructure, application management, cyber security, and the implementation of digital transformation projects.
- They have experience in the use of AI technologies and at the same time the motivation to further advance this future topic within the company.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in managing internal IT teams and external service providers, are among your key competencies.
- Your profile is rounded off by a high level of process understanding, strategic vision, a strong hands-on mentality and very good English skills.
