Our expertise lies in organizational management and maintenance systems within highly automated production environments. Together with local maintenance teams and production staff, we develop modern, data- and AI-driven solutions to support efficient and stable production processes.
Our work encompasses the further development of digital systems and intelligent assistance solutions for industrial maintenance. This includes, among other things, the intelligent use and linking of technical knowledge sources, historical maintenance information, and modern software and AI technologies in the production environment.

Technical degree program in the field of applied artificial intelligence, computer science, data science or software engineering
Good practical programming skills in Python as well as basic knowledge of SQL
Initial practical experience in AI, software or data-driven projects, e.g. in a university, private or professional setting.
Basic understanding of modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or intelligent assistance systems
Good knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling is desirable.
Experience in handling data structures, technical information, or knowledge-based systems
Basic knowledge in the areas of data analysis, data processing, and structured information preparation.
Knowledge of APIs, databases or interfaces is an advantage.
Prior experience with development environments and tools such as Azure Databricks, Git, Jupyter Notebook, VS Code, or similar technologies is desirable.
Technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex technical relationships
Ability to independently familiarize oneself with technical topics and complex relationships
