Your tasks

• Analysis and optimization of existing business processes with a focus on automation potential

• Design and implementation of automation solutions (e.g., using APIs, no-code/low-code tools, or scripts)

• Support in integrating AI solutions into operational and strategic processes

• Creation of interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., Excel, Airtable, Power BI)

• Conducting data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and optimization potential.

• Support with forecasting models and data-based predictions

• Derivation of concrete recommendations for action for various business areas

• Participation in cross-functional projects (e.g., business development, operations, marketing)

• Documentation and scaling of processes and automation solutions

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Strong interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven work

• Initial experience with data analysis (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL or BI tools)

• A basic understanding of machine learning/AI applications is advantageous.

• Experience with or interest in automation tools is a plus.

• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Knowledge of KPI definition and performance measurement

• Understanding of business processes and scaling logics

• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Teamwork skills and interest in cross-departmental collaboration
