Details about the program

Are you interested in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital innovation? At Possehl Holding, you will work directly in innovation management and support us in advancing AI topics in a group with over 13,500 employees.
  • Use case development: Support in identifying and implementing specific AI use cases in the holding company and in the business units.
  • Workflow automation: Setting up and maintaining smaller automations (e.g., with n8n, Claude, or similar tools) to make recurring processes more efficient.
  • Training & Enablement: Co-design and implementation of training formats on AI and digital tools, from conception to implementation.
  • Project support: Assistance in the innovation program, from research and documentation to the preparation of decision-making documents.
  • Communication & Visibility: Preparing and disseminating AI topics via internal channels (intranet, newsletters, community updates). You keep the organization informed.

This is how you convince us:

  • Advanced studies, for example in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, innovation management, communication studies or similar.
  • Genuine interest in data, AI, and automation. A technical background is not required, but motivation and curiosity are.
  • Strong communication skills: You can present topics in an understandable way and address different target groups.
  • Basic process understanding and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools.
  • Very good (C1) German and English skills, both spoken and written.
