Your tasks:

• You will take on Product Owner tasks, such as requirements analysis and backlog management , and will be the central contact person for data topics.
• You will develop, maintain, and optimize our relational databases using Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• You will design and implement ETL processes using Azure Data Factory or SSIS . Maintaining, monitoring, and further developing ETL pipelines in Azure Synapse will also be part of your responsibilities.
• You will manage and further develop a data lake in Azure (Azure Synapse).
• You build and further develop data warehouses and data models .
• You create reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS .
• You ensure data quality, consistency, and security .
• You document the data processes and drive continuous improvement of the BI architecture .
• You perform performance tuning in existing database and reporting solutions .
• You work closely with stakeholders from specialist departments and software development .

Your profile:

• You have a completed degree in (business) informatics, mathematics or a comparable qualification .
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
• You have in-depth knowledge of SQL and experience with MSSQL (including stored procedures, agent jobs, views, etc.).
• You are experienced with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• You are proficient in using reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) .
• Ideally, you have knowledge of dimensional data models (e.g., Kimball, Star Schema). Experience with Azure cloud services is also a plus.
• You are particularly distinguished by your analytical thinking , strong teamwork skills and a structured way of working .
• Languages : You have fluent German skills, both spoken and written.
