Imagine this: A MedTech client has a great AI idea.
Everyone is excited. Nobody is finished.
A MONDAY, SOMEWHERE IN A CONFERENCE ROOM.
The business department sees enormous potential. IT is asking about integration, security, and operations. Quality wants to see traceability and governance. Management expects a roadmap. Somewhere between enthusiasm, uncertainty, and time pressure lies the architectural decision, without anyone to make it properly.
We're looking for someone like you for exactly this moment. Someone who combines technical depth, consulting experience, and decisiveness. Someone who recognizes when a use case is viable – and when the data and process foundations are lacking before anyone even considers LLMs.
What you can expect from us:
You don't build AI showcases.
You build solutions that run in production.
Bringing order to complex AI projects: Target architectures for data/AI platforms on Azure, Databricks, Snowflake or AWS – including security, governance and scaling.
LLM and RAG architectures for real-world operation: Azure OpenAI, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph. The crucial point: not whether the prototype is impressive – but whether it's operational.
Translating between C-level executives and engineering, explaining roadmaps to the board. Then discussing data flows, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD with engineering.
Lead with expertise – without hierarchy. Coach consultants and engineers, bring together global colleagues, establish best practices. You lead through clarity, not titles.
Strengthening the data and AI portfolio, evaluating technologies, developing reference architectures, building reusable templates and standards for customer projects
What you bring:
You recognize patterns in complex customer requirements, consciously weigh trade-offs, and make architectural decisions that work in real-world operations – not just in proof of concept.
You have several years of experience in data, cloud, software or AI architecture environments and are comfortable working with modern platform architectures around Azure Data Services, AWS, Databricks and Snowflake.
Generative AI is no longer an experimental field for you, but a productive toolbox: you have already implemented LLM-based systems (e.g. with Azure OpenAI) and are familiar with RAG architectures and the use of vector databases from practical experience.
You bring experience in MLOps and deployment patterns – including model serving, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI workloads with tools such as MLflow, Azure ML, LangChain, or LangGraph.
You feel at home in a consulting context: presales, discovery, solution design, effort estimations, and technical presentations are all part of your daily routine. You can translate between architecture, business, and engineering.
You understand that good architecture also means leadership – and you have experience in making technical decisions visible, orienting teams and anchoring best practices in projects.
You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
What we offer you:
Welcome Days, onboarding sessions and mentoring programs for your optimal start
Unforgettable team and company events that strengthen team cohesion
Individual support for your personal development (annual budget) as well as regular professional exchange with your local and international colleagues.
Flexible working hours with hybrid working, 30 days of vacation + December 24th and 31st.
Company health insurance, supplement to sick pay in case of prolonged illness, company fitness (EGYM Wellpass)
Company pension scheme with 30% employer contribution, childcare subsidy
Remote work equipment, monthly mobile phone bill subsidy, corporate benefits
