Job Description

We are looking for a Partner Data Manager (m/f/d) for Distribution, Marketing and Technology at our Bonn location, starting on August 1, 2026 or as soon as possible, on the basis of a two-year fixed-term employment contract.

YOUR TASKS

  • Review and processing of partner reach data
  • Maintenance, quality assurance and further development of data processes in partner reporting.
  • Development and prospective partial automation of processes
  • Taking over the interface work between Sales & Distribution and our Market Audience Insights department.
  • Classification and evaluation of reach KPIs in the context of different markets and platforms
  • Coordination and technical guidance of student trainees who assist with data collection

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed university degree (Master's/Diploma), preferably in the field of media management, or an equivalent qualification, or completed vocational training in the field of media management along with several years of professional experience, or an equivalent qualification acquired through many years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in the media, analytics, or data environment is desirable.
  • Confident handling of numbers and a good understanding of common reach KPIs in the media environment
  • Strong affinity for data and enjoyment in working with unstructured or heterogeneous datasets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data-based concepts in an understandable way.
  • Confident and cooperative demeanor in communication with internal interfaces
  • Experience with automation or AI tools (e.g., Power Automate, AI-powered workflows, low-code tools) or the motivation to acquire them.
  • Understanding the global media market and the differences between linear TV, VoD, social media platforms and publisher environments.
  • structured, meticulous and independent work style, as well as enjoyment of coordination and teamwork.
  • very good German and English skills (at least B2 level)
