Your contribution to TenneT
- You evaluate generative AI use cases with regard to feasibility, economic benefits and potential risks, and ensure their alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Furthermore, you validate AI models through testing, analysis, and prototyping to demonstrate the quality and suitability of the proposed solutions.
- You will create reports, decision templates , and documentation on validated use cases for stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Working closely with compliance, product and development teams, you ensure that regulatory , ethical and organizational requirements are met.
- You proactively identify new use cases for generative AI and support their evaluation and prioritization within the organization.
- You will support development teams and product managers by providing expert feedback, as well as in the requirements analysis and optimization of AI solutions.
Your profile
- You have a completed degree in computer science, data science, business informatics or a comparable qualification .
- Furthermore, you bring relevant professional experience in the analysis and validation of AI use cases or in the field of data science.
- Solid knowledge of AI models, data science methods and their practical application is desirable.
- Experience in project management , knowledge of agile methods , and knowledge of regulated industries will support you in successful collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
- Your very good German and good English skills round off your profile.

Our challenges
The Digital & Organizational Transformation department develops and manages TenneT's strategy and roadmap for digital transformation, oversees the portfolio, and ensures sustainable implementation. It leads flagship projects using AI and new technologies, establishes centralized data governance, and identifies innovation trends. The unit guarantees quality and process excellence through integrated management systems and develops process management capabilities. It manages organizational performance, supports business transformation, and fosters a transformation culture focused on data, innovation, process thinking, and customer and employee orientation.

- This position requires a willingness to travel approximately 2-3 days per month, depending on the requirements.
