Do you want to create added value with data, explore new digital avenues, and delve into strategic questions? In this trainee program, you'll immerse yourself in topics related to data management & analytics and process management. You'll support digital projects in in-house consulting and gain insights into digital sales management and our automation processes. Being assigned to a director will also give you access to exciting topics at the senior management level.

The position is limited to 15 months.

  • Collaboration in the areas of Data Management & Analytics, Organization, and In-house Consulting
  • Analysis, processing, quality assurance and visualization of data
    • Support in developing data-based decision-making tools for departments and the board of directors
  • Participation in the implementation of AI-supported
  • Automation solutions or assistance systems
  • Insights into process management and process/procedure design
  • Participation in strategic projects for digital transformation and process optimization

  • Studies in business informatics, data science, mathematics, statistics, business administration with a digital focus, or comparable studies
  • Enthusiasm for data, digitalization and artificial intelligence
  • Basic knowledge of BI tools (e.g., MS Power BI, IBM Cognos), databases, or programming languages ​​(SQL, Python)
  • Analytical thinking, curiosity, and conceptual strengths
  • Very good German skills
