You effectively implement key governance topics in the AI ​​environment by establishing guidelines, processes, and standards for quality assurance, ethical AI use, and data compliance. In this way, you make a significant contribution to the responsible implementation of AI.

A completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.

Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role – ideally with a focus on digital products, AI solutions or enterprise SaaS platforms.

Expertise in using Microsoft 365 / Copilot / Copilot Studio or similar platforms, including agent and automation use cases.

Solid practical experience with data science and machine learning methods (e.g., forecasting, recommendation engines, predictive modeling) as well as the development of LLM/GenAI applications.

Confident handling of LLM frameworks & SDKs such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack or Semantic Kernel, as well as Agentic AI patterns and RAG architectures.

Strong context and prompt engineering skills for system instructions, tool usage, message history, and attention budget.

Knowledge of MCP, API-first design, and a basic understanding of MLOps/LLMOps.

Deep understanding of AI governance, ethical use, data compliance and quality assurance in AI projects.

Experienced in requirements management, backlog prioritization, and managing agile teams.

An agile mindset paired with creativity, flexibility and the ability to promote innovative solutions.

Strong stakeholder management with convincing communication and moderation.

High level of initiative, decisiveness, and the ability to communicate the product vision clearly and inspiringly.

Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
