As a Data Analyst HR (m/f/d) in our HR Controlling team, you will create data-based transparency regarding personnel structures and costs and provide a reliable basis for strategic decisions with sound analyses and modern reporting solutions.

Tasks that inspire you

  • They are building a central HR data and reporting base and continuously developing it further.
  • They analyze personnel data and personnel costs and derive well-founded recommendations for HR and managers.
  • They develop HR metrics and create interactive reports and visualizations (e.g., with Power BI).
  • They identify automation potential in reporting and implement it independently.
  • They take on tasks in personnel controlling, in particular in the planning of material costs, performance accounting and in the internal control system.

Skills that set you apart

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, (Business) Informatics, Human Resource Management or comparable field
  • Several years of experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on HR or personnel data
  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM) and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with data analysis tools and languages, e.g., SQL, Python, or similar.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, a strong affinity for numbers, and a structured and solution-oriented work style.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent German language skills.
