In your role as a Reporting Specialist (m/f/d), you will support specialist departments, management, and clients with sound analyses, meaningful key performance indicators, and modern reporting solutions. You will work at the interface between operational departments, business intelligence, and corporate management.
Being there when customers of public insurers and the S-Finanzgruppe (Savings Banks Finance Group) need help – that has been the mission of Deutsche Assistance Service GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Assistance Versicherung AG, for more than 30 years. With our numerous assistance services at home and abroad, covering all aspects of safety and mobility, we provide comprehensive telephone support. We handle not only the rapid and thorough assessment of claims, but also seamless claims processing and claims management.

This is what you will do with us:

Creation and further development of reports, dashboards, customer reports, and analyses for specialist departments, management, and clients. Analysis and preparation of telephony, service, performance, and claims KPIs. Development of new reporting concepts and optimization of existing reporting and analysis processes. Analysis of complex data sets in data warehouse environments and development of SQL-based evaluations and reporting solutions. Analysis of KPIs, identification of optimization potential, and derivation of well-founded recommendations for action. Close collaboration with specialist departments, business intelligence, clients, and external service providers.

You bring the following:

Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, data analytics, business intelligence, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics. Experience in developing KPI systems, management reporting, and data-driven business management. Sound SQL knowledge and experience with reporting and analysis tools such as SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Viya, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reporting Services, Power BI, or comparable solutions. Experience working with data warehouse structures and complex data landscapes. Ideally, experience in the assistance, insurance, service, or call center industry. Excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of numbers and processes, and a solution-oriented mindset. Structured and independent work style, as well as strong communication and consulting skills when dealing with various stakeholders. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
