Your tasks

As a Data Distribution Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure that our product data is available worldwide at the right time, in the right quality, and in the appropriate format. You will actively shape modern data processes and play a central role at the interface between Product Data Management, Sales, and IT – with a direct impact on customers, markets, and the digital future of our company.

  • Development, mapping and transformation of product data into market- and customer-specific target formats (e.g. ETIM, BMEcat, BMDG)
  • Planning, prioritization and rollout of product data distributions based on transparent KPIs such as market potential, sales and data quality
  • Management and continuous development of distribution projects using modern tools and processes
  • Monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting of data transmissions in B2B and B2C channels
  • Ensuring and continuously optimizing data quality and the level of automation in our processes
  • Close collaboration with international subsidiaries, sales and key accounts to ensure optimal provision of product data
  • Support and enablement of the global sales organization through knowledge transfer
  • Advising internal and external stakeholders on best practices, data standards and processes.
  • Participation in industry initiatives and working groups for the further development of data standards and processes.

Your profile

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, data management or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, or in handling product/master data and data standards.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as a passion for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Structured, independent work style and a good understanding of processes and interrelationships
  • Motivation and interest in actively shaping and continuously developing digital processes
  • Good English skills and confident communication skills in an international environment
