Manufacturing and industrial companies are under pressure to deliver quickly on AI solutions – and most don't know where to start. That's where you come in: You're the trusted bridge between a customer's real operational pain point and our technical team, which builds solutions that truly deliver. You'll be responsible for customer relationships from the initial conversation through delivery and beyond – across mid-sized and enterprise businesses.
We already have reference projects in the industry. You will build on this – and have the opportunity to significantly shape our manufacturing vertical and grow with it.
Merantix Momentum is an AI technology service provider with the mission to develop and scale transformative AI solutions. As part of the AI incubator Merantix Studio, we have already built successful ventures in medical imaging and autonomous driving, and we continuously develop deep learning products and customized solutions across industries.
Your role
- Building strategic customer relationships: You identify and develop relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers who benefit from AI – and position Merantix Momentum as a trusted partner to decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling: You have a deep understanding of your customers' operational bottlenecks and strategic goals, and you demonstrate how our AI technologies create real business value.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: You build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and confidently navigate complex enterprise environments.
- Developing solutions together: You will work closely with our team of AI researchers, data scientists and engineers to create customized solutions.
- Proposals & commercial responsibility: You create compelling proposals and commercial offerings that clearly convey the value of our solutions.
- Account growth: You support clients throughout the entire collaboration, ensure strong delivery collaboration, and identify opportunities for follow-up projects and strategic account growth.
Your profile
- Several years of experience (ideally 5+ years) in sales, account management, consulting or business development – preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience in consultative, solution-oriented sales of complex deals
- Understanding of industrial organizations and their transformation challenges; an existing network in industry is a plus.
- Fluent German (at least B2 level) and English – you move confidently between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality and strong relationship skills
- Genuine interest in AI, new technologies and digital transformation
