Do you enjoy analyzing data, identifying connections, and presenting results in an easy-to-understand way? Then join our Data Analytics & Reporting team. Together, we'll develop reports and dashboards and create the foundation for data-driven decisions within the company.
Your tasks:
- Processing, analysis and quality assurance of company data
- Creation, maintenance and further development of reports, dashboards and KPI analyses
- Visualization of key performance indicators and analysis results to support data-driven decisions.
- Analysis and merging of data from various sources (e.g., Excel, ERP, CRM or BI systems)
- Support in automating and optimizing reporting and analysis processes
- Contributing to the further development of KPI standards, reporting structures and data models.
- Support with ad-hoc analyses and the creation of decision-making bases for specialist departments and management.
What you should bring:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Controlling/Data Analytics, or a comparable field of study.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Prior experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio is advantageous.
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
- Interest in data, KPIs and corporate management
- Good communication skills and a knack for clearly visualizing data.
- Self-initiative, reliability and team spirit
