We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) in HR Controlling & Data Management to join
our headquarters in Mannheim as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Support in the creation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly HR reports; collaboration in the
maintenance and further development of standardized reporting templates and dashboards;
preparation and validation of HR datasets, including data extraction, data cleansing, and basic quality checks;
support in the creation of management presentations and KPI-based evaluations;
conducting basic data analyses (e.g., trends and deviations) and preparing the results for reports and visualizations;
participation in the development and further development of data visualizations and dashboards; support
in the optimization and partial automation of reporting processes. Your
profile : } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Controlling) with a focus on HR topics. Initial relevant practical experience is an advantage. Structured, reliable, and meticulous work style. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Analytical thinking skills and a strong affinity for numbers and data. Our benefits: Full participation in and appreciation from the team; everyone can get their own coffee. A fair salary of €2,322 per month. Flexible working hours and the option to work partially remotely.
