YOUR TASKS
- Creation, maintenance and quality assurance of article master data
- Ensuring the consistency, completeness, and usability of our data
- Supporting the team in day-to-day operations and taking over substitute duties
- Analysis of existing processes and development of concrete optimization measures
- Participation in projects for the automation of data processes and improvement of data quality
- Further development of workflows, for example in the context of article creation
- Performing mass data maintenance and evaluations
- Interface work with various departments, especially engineering and IT
qualification
For this varied role, you ideally have successfully completed IT training or a comparable qualification. You already have experience in master data or data management, or are interested in this area and would like to expand your knowledge. You have a good understanding of data structures and data quality; knowledge of configuration or obsolescence management is an advantage.
You have a strong affinity for IT and can quickly familiarize yourself with systems such as ERP solutions, databases, and reporting tools. A structured, independent, and proactive work style characterizes you, as does your motivation to question existing processes and continuously improve them. Good English skills and a passion for collaborating with international colleagues complete your profile.
