Our Customer Management team develops and operates data-driven solutions on a scalable AWS platform. These solutions identify customer needs early throughout the entire customer lifecycle and intelligently automate customer engagement. DevOps engineers, data engineers, and data scientists collaborate on modern technologies to create measurable added value for our customers and unlock new data-driven business potential. In this environment, you will develop data-driven solutions from initial analysis to production deployment and contribute to the successful integration of intelligent models into our business processes.

Your tasks

• Analysis of technical requirements and development of data-driven solutions and recommendations for action together with the relevant stakeholders.
• Development, validation and further development of machine learning models including feature engineering and evaluation of new methods
• Collaboration with Data Engineering, DevOps and ML-Ops to ensure a high-performance and scalable production environment.
• Monitoring of data quality, model quality and system performance, as well as derivation of suitable optimization measures.
• Support for projects throughout their entire lifecycle – from data analysis and modeling to productive use and success measurement.

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a Data Scientist, Analytics Engineer or in a comparable analytical role
• Excellent knowledge of Python and experience in developing data-driven applications and models
• Good SQL skills and a confident handling of modern software engineering practices such as Git, testing and CI/CD.
• Practical experience with cloud technologies, ideally AWS, as well as knowledge of Spark or similar technologies is advantageous.
