As team coordinator, you will provide technical support and guidance to our operational master data team, oversee the operational implementation of data governance, and ensure the excellent quality of our system landscape. Job profile & responsibilities

  • They provide technical guidance to the master data team in the creation of basic data in daily business and are the first point of contact for operational questions and escalations to the team leader.

  • The timely, complete and error-free creation and maintenance of all material management and manufacturing-related basic data – in particular material masters, work plans and bills of materials – in the local ERP system, the Global-MDM and the SMA applications is your responsibility.

  • They implement the data quality and data governance strategy operationally throughout the entire corporate group and define and monitor the processes for correct data release.

  • You create, manage and link complex, registration-relevant master data in the ERP system, supplemented by in-depth business data analyses.

  • By implementing a key performance indicator (KPI) system, you continuously monitor the overall master data quality and sustainably maintain established MDM standards.

  • You analyze, harmonize, and continuously develop cross-system master data processes and work instructions, taking operational requirements into account.

  • They proactively advise the adjacent operational areas to ensure consistent process optimization at all interfaces.

Qualifications & professional expertise

  • A successfully completed Master's or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field forms your theoretical foundation.

  • They bring extensive, at least 6 years of professional experience in the field of master data management in supply chain management or in a manufacturing company.

  • Your profile includes sound knowledge of master data management processes in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Your work style is characterized by relevant knowledge in project management and process consulting.

  • You possess excellent knowledge of database solutions for optimizing business processes, very good Excel skills, and a strong affinity for numbers.

  • Your personality is perfectly complemented by a strong capacity for complex thinking and a high willingness to cooperate.
