Here's what you can achieve:
Strategic PMO Governance: Establishing and managing concepts, standards, and reporting structures for transformation initiatives across the entire company.
Process Excellence: Fostering continuous improvement by identifying best practices, optimizing processes, and ensuring scalability.
Digitalization and AI Enablement: Positioning digitalization and AI as key enablers of transformation – promoting awareness, building skills, and ensuring integration into the operating model.
Portfolio Management:Monitoring the entire transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization, and transparent reporting to senior management.
Top management communication: Create high-quality presentations and reports, including for the Heraeus Group's management, the Group Executive Leadership Team, the Supervisory Board, and shareholders, and translate complex topics into clear, concise, and impactful messages.
Change management: Foster stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing to increase acceptance and measure success: Define KPIs and track value creation to ensure initiatives have measurable business impact.
What you bring to the table:
A completed degree in business administration or a comparable field of study, ideally with an MBA or equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in PMO, transformation management, or management consulting.
Understanding of digitalization trends and AI as business drivers.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven experience in preparing materials for executive boards, supervisory boards, or shareholders.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate strategies into actionable frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including at the top management level.
Fluent in English; German language skills are desirable.
