Team Leader Master Data Management (m/f/d)
Location(s): Mulfingen, St. Georgen, Landshut
Your tasks:
- Disciplinary and professional leadership and promotion of the team's professional development
- Development and management of a company-wide Master Data Management strategy including standards and governance
- Development and enhancement of a consistent master data model across all relevant domains
- Management of external service providers
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability across all systems
- Management of projects, data harmonizations and global rollouts
You bring the following with you:
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or engineering with a focus on data or AI, or alternatively a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in leading employees and/or global project teams
- In-depth understanding of master data and processes in key domains (e.g., material, product, customer)
- Experience with Master Data Management Systems and Data Governance models (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica)
- Solid IT and systems understanding (ERP, PLM, interfaces, data models)
- Analytical, structured thinking and experience in data and transformation projects
