Job Description

Possible locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hanover

Your tasks

  • Support in setting up a document management system (DMS)
  • They conduct independent analyses of missing documents.
  • Target/actual comparison of documentation
  • Research; updating; independently requesting documents and records
  • Preparation of documentation (including negative certificates)

Your profile

  • Enrolled student in one of the following fields of study: Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture or Civil Engineering, Technical Management; Real Estate Management or related fields.
  • Reliable work ethic and a good grasp of concepts
  • Technical understanding and interest in the real estate industry
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • They are characterized by a structured and thorough work ethic, critical thinking, and a great deal of initiative.
  • Excellent German skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
