For the EDES (Engineering Data Exchange System) project, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support the development of a modern engineering platform for the digitization of technical documents and processes. This includes the following tasks:
- Contributed to the development of EDES based on C#/.NET and Blazor
- Support in setting up and further developing Azure SQL databases using EF Core and code-first migrations.
- Development and optimization of data models, data flows and interfaces
- Implementation of functions for PDF generation and document storage
- Contributing to the integration of engineering and CPQ systems via APIs
- Support in implementing GitHub , CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Creation of technical documentation, data contracts and architecture diagrams
- Development of AI/LLM integrations for request processing or semantic search
Convincing - your current profile
- You are a registered student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences in the Cologne area and are studying computer science, business informatics, software engineering or a comparable course of study.
- You have initial experience in software development with C#, .NET or comparable programming languages, as well as basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- You have an interest in software architecture, data modeling, and cloud technologies.
- You have already had initial contact with tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, GitHub, Azure, Power Platform or SharePoint.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and have an interest in technical engineering processes.
