To achieve this, we develop innovative, reversible power plants that can convert gases like biogas or hydrogen into electricity and heat with high efficiency, and, if needed, reverse the process to transform renewable energy into storable green gases. Your tasks
Kubernetes & Cloud-Infrastructure
- Cluster Management: Supporting the operations team in maintaining, scaling, and optimizing our central Kubernetes (K8s) clusters
- Service deployment: Provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of highly available services in cluster environments
- Application maintenance: Contributing to debugging, optimization, and maintenance of our proprietary, internally developed services for peak performance.
- Data continuity: Monitoring, maintenance, and securing of our data pipelines for a continuous 24/7 data flow without downtime.
- System deployment: Setup, configuration, and regular updates of critical services within our power plant systems
- Network diagnostics: Troubleshooting complex network problems and proactively improving diagnostic and monitoring tools for power plants.
Your profile
- You are a registered Bachelor's or Master's student in the field of computer science or a comparable field.
- You have experience with containerization (e.g. Docker), Linux and scripting.
- You are familiar with CI/CD processes and version control (e.g., Git).
- You have basic knowledge of network technology.
- Ideally, you have some experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), and configuration management (e.g., Ansible).
- Programming skills (e.g., Python) are an advantage.
- You think analytically and have an eye for potential improvements.
- You have very good English skills (at least C1) and solid German skills (at least B2).
