We are looking for you in Aretsried (near Augsburg) or in Freising (near Munich) as a Senior Data Engineer Azure & Databricks (m/f/d).
Your role
  • They develop and operate data solutions on Azure Databricks and create powerful notebooks, jobs, and delta tables.
  • Your responsibilities include the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines, as well as their continuous optimization.
  • Together with specialist departments, you will design modern data models and create the basis for data-driven decisions.
  • By processing large amounts of data, you ensure a reliable provision of analysis and reporting data.
  • You actively develop modern data architectures such as Data Lakehouse as well as Bronze, Silver and Gold layers.
  • You will use Azure Data Services and support the integration, automation, and quality assurance of data processes.
Your profile
  • You bring several years of experience in developing data solutions on Azure Databricks and in building productive data platforms.
  • You possess sound knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and the development of high-performance data pipelines.
  • Ideally, you have some prior experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, SAP Datasphere or SAP Analytics Cloud and are interested in modern analytics solutions.
  • You likely use SQL, Python, or similar technologies for developing and optimizing data solutions.
  • You successfully apply your knowledge of Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Factory, Storage or DevOps in projects.
  • A good understanding of modern data architectures and cloud-based data platforms completes your profile.
