Your tasks
You will act as the technical liaison between requirements, platform, and engineering. You will refine requirements to the point where they lead to viable and implementable solutions. The focus is deliberately not on general strategy consulting or pure project management, but rather on technical solution design, data and context understanding, integration design, MVP development, and handover to engineering and operations. Your expertise lies in the AI and agentic AI environment; you will confidently integrate automation and process intelligence into the overall picture.
- You will analyze and qualify demands from AI, Agentic AI, Automation and Process Intelligence together with specialist departments and technical teams.
- You translate professional goals, processes, rules, data and knowledge sources into technical capabilities, interfaces, quality criteria and actionable backlogs.
- You structure solution spaces and develop robust target images for data, context, agents, automation, integration, governance, and operations.
- You design MVPs to ensure that short-term benefits, technical feasibility, and a scalable platform path align.
- Together with the engineering team, you will define technical guidelines, acceptance criteria, testing and evaluation approaches, as well as requirements for logging and monitoring.
- You moderate technical workshops and facilitate decisions between departments, architecture, data, security, data protection, operations and implementation.
- You accompany the implementation until acceptance and operational readiness, without taking on operational development responsibility yourself.
Your profile
- You bring several years of professional experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, AI/data consulting, or in a comparable technical role.
- Furthermore, you have a solid understanding of modern AI and agent solutions, especially in the areas of RAG, data and context connection, tool calling, orchestration, evaluation and guardrails.
- Furthermore, you have a good understanding of software, integration, cloud and data architectures, as well as requirements for operation, security and governance.
- You have experience in clarifying unclear requirements, weighing technical options against each other, and translating results into actionable epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Furthermore, you are proficient in handling architecture and process diagrams, interface descriptions, data flows, non-functional requirements, and decision documentation.
- Furthermore, you are characterized by strong moderation and communication skills in your interactions with specialist departments, engineers, architects, governance units and management.
- You pursue a pragmatic MVP orientation without losing sight of reusability, traceability, and operational capability.
- Excellent German skills and good English skills complete your profile.
