Your tasks with us:
- Analysis and evaluation of relevant KPIs for aftersales performance in the automotive, motorcycle and marine product areas
- Data analysis & performance management
- Responsibility for the sustainable increase in earnings of all business units and their contribution to the operating result (P&L)
- Analysis and interpretation of all relevant after-sales KPIs to identify potentials, trends and areas for action for business development.
- Creation of meaningful reports, dashboards and analyses including data-based recommendations for management and specialist departments
- Analysis of KPIs for the areas of service, spare parts and accessories, supply chain, warranty, homologation, sales & marketing and dealer support
- Preparation of reports and presentations, as well as close communication with other interfaces such as the headquarters in Japan, other European distributors, etc.
- Budget and price management
- Planning, monitoring and control of after-sales budgets
- Analysis of price trends as well as preparation and implementation of price adjustments
- Assessment of the impact of price and market changes on revenue, margin and sales
- Management of sales and marketing activities
- Development and support of after-sales activities based on sound analyses for the development of medium- and long-term sales strategies with a focus on high-growth segments.
- Performance measurement and derivation of concrete optimization measures
- Analysis of dealer purchasing loyalty for product managers, the sales force and other departments.
- Support for dealers and key accounts
- Conducting dealer and key account visits to build sustainable relationships
- Analysis of the individual business situation and identification of growth potential
- Development and implementation of measures for the active management of the after-sales business on site
They bring with them:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business administration, data analytics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in data analysis, controlling, business intelligence or after-sales
- Ideally, knowledge of the automotive environment, especially in the area of parts & accessories or aftersales.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
- Proficient use of Excel, SAP and/or comparable BI and analysis tools
- Ability to process complex data in an understandable way and present it in a target-group-oriented manner.
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for visits to dealers and key accounts

Compensation and financial benefits
The position is budgeted with an above-standard annual salary between €60,000.00 and €64,000.00 gross . Your individual classification within this range will be based on your professional experience and qualifications. Payment will be made in 13.5 monthly installments, corresponding to a monthly gross salary of €4,445.00 to €4,741.00 .
