Are you passionate about technological innovations and eager to actively shape the digital future of banking? Then you've come to the right place. In our 18-month trainee program "Digital Transformation with AI," you'll gain in-depth insights into key areas that are driving our bank's digital transformation – from strategic development to operational implementation.

You will contribute to the digital strategy and manage projects in the start-up environment. You will also work with colleagues to develop new ideas into products. Additionally, you will learn about data management and process optimization, gaining insights into how to strategically use data and design efficient processes.

Artificial intelligence is not just a topic, but a key tool. You'll work at the intersection of technology and specialist departments, be actively involved in projects and day-to-day operations, and take on responsibility. This will allow you to build broad knowledge of digital processes and innovative technologies – and contribute directly to the implementation of our sustainable digital strategy.

Your experience

• Start: We will decide together on your start date with us, taking your availability into account.
• Content: You will learn how to develop a future-oriented digitalization strategy – with a special focus on the use of AI. In your role, you will actively participate in the introduction of new digital tools and processes and identify where technology creates real added value. You will analyze business processes, identify digital solutions, and support the preparation and visualization of relevant data. This includes taking on minor programming tasks and working with effective data governance tools. At the same time, you will always keep regulatory requirements and compliance aspects in mind – especially when dealing with AI-based applications.
• Process: During the trainee program, you will rotate through various departments and pursue predefined learning objectives. We also offer short placements in corresponding specialist departments and subsidiaries to highlight similarities and differences.
• Takeover: Before the end of the trainee program, we will work with you to find a suitable target position.

Your benefits

• Attractive remuneration: Pay grade 7 according to the collective agreement for public banks (with a Master's degree in the 11th year of professional experience, with a Bachelor's degree in the 9th year of professional experience) / 13th month salary / additional variable remuneration component

Your profile

• A good university degree, preferably with relevant specializations in economics or natural sciences.
• Practical experience gained through targeted internships, training, or similar.
• Willingness to work together in teams and with other young professionals to make a difference
• Learning ability, willingness to cooperate, and conscientiousness
