Data Analyst (all genders)
We are looking for a full-time employee to join our Data & AI division in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.
Your tasks:

Analysis of complex data and derivation of meaningful insights and recommendations for data-driven decisions.

Recording and analyzing technical requirements as well as developing meaningful KPIs, metrics and reporting solutions.

Conception, development and continuous improvement of robust KPI and reporting structures

Ensuring high data quality through plausibility checks, anomaly detection, and close collaboration with the Data Engineering Team.

Consulting and training for specialist departments on the independent use of BI solutions (self-service BI)

Participation in the establishment of data governance standards and compliance with data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR.
Your profile:

Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration, mathematics, statistics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

Several years of professional experience as a data analyst or in a comparable position, as well as very good SQL skills; Python skills are an advantage.

Experience in using common BI tools (e.g., IBM Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) and a strong understanding of data modeling and reporting.

A sound understanding of key business figures and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical questions and meaningful reports.

Structured, analytical and meticulous work style, strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration

Fluent German and English skills are essential for successful collaboration in an international environment.
