As Head of Master Data Management (m/f/d) for medac, you will assume strategic responsibility for building, consolidating, and sustainably optimizing our global master data landscape. You will lead and support your team of experts, particularly through the upcoming SAP transformation, thereby laying the foundation for our digital business processes. This key role is positioned within our supply chain organization.

Strategic setup and development of the master data organization for SAP and non-SAP related data
Implementation of a GxP-compliant governance and quality framework developed jointly with the Quality department.
Leading the data migration part within the SAP transformation with her team
Technical customization and configuration with a modern master data system – from workflow design to business rules with IT-managed user management.
Data harmonization, migration and validation across different systems and locations
Leadership, coaching and knowledge exchange in interdisciplinary teams
Close collaboration with stakeholders and global MDM communities
You bring the following with you:
Completed Master's or Diploma degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration or comparable qualifications
Several years of professional experience in setting up and implementing a company-wide master data management system, as well as very good experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
Solid knowledge of a modern master data system, such as SAP MDG (Master Data Governance), IBM, Boomi, Ataccama, Semarchy, Profisee, Reltion or STEP Stibo and SAP R/3 or S/4HANA
Excellent experience in project management methods and ideally an interdisciplinary understanding of pharmaceutical processes.
Willingness to travel internationally, primarily within Europe (approx. 10-20%), and fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken.
A high degree of creativity in finding solutions, as well as the necessary persuasiveness in communicating with different stakeholders.
