Your mission:

• Leadership and development: Disciplinary, professional and commercial management of the team.
• Data management: Ensuring the quality, timeliness and consistency of customer data within the framework of order processing procedures.
• Process optimization: Coordination of workflows, control of data processing tasks and implementation of efficient routines.
• Data Governance: Ensuring data quality, security and usage, as well as ownership of associated software and tools.
• Business development: Establishing an internal data hub for specific data enrichment and processing.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and creation of reports for customers and interfaces.
• Sales: Your skills impress our customers. You understand how to effectively target specific data services to customers and are responsible for your team's sales success.

Your strengths:

• We are looking for a talented individual; with us you can develop and take on responsibility at the same time.
• Completed studies (computer science, business informatics, business administration) or a comparable qualification.
• Knowledge of data management, data governance and master data management, strong analytical skills and understanding of data structures.
• Prior leadership experience and project management skills are an advantage; ideally, you also possess programming skills.
• You put our customers at the center of your actions and see yourself as an important and active part of our team.
• You have very good German skills, possibly including a language certificate (C1).
