Controller / Data Analyst (m/f/d)

We are a leading supplier in the meat industry and offer our customers high-quality products.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Controller / Data Analyst (m/f/d) who will contribute with an analytical eye to making company key figures transparent, identifying potentials and further developing processes in a targeted manner.

Your tasks

• You analyze production, cost and company key figures and derive concrete recommendations for action from them.
• You will create weekly, monthly and annual analyses as well as meaningful reports for business management.
• You will provide support with forecasts, budget planning, and annual planning.
• You assess inventory and participate in stocktaking and month-end closing.
• You continuously develop dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports for business management.
• You work closely with production, purchasing and other departments, and actively contribute your ideas for process optimization.
• You create more transparency through the continuous development of our BI tools and reporting structures.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in business informatics, business administration, data analytics, controlling or a comparable qualification, e.g. a commercial apprenticeship with further training in controlling.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in controlling or data analysis within a manufacturing company.
• You have excellent Excel skills and experience in using ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense, SQL or similar business intelligence tools is desirable.
• You work analytically, proactively, and in a structured manner.
• You enjoy presenting complex data in an understandable way and deriving concrete measures from it.
