Berlin

We are more than an agency for more than one bank. We are the central partner for communication and digital services within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Savings Banks Finance Group). With over 600 employees, S-Com connects all communication disciplines and develops integrated solutions for savings banks, associations, and partner institutions – from analysis to strategy, from creative ideas to implementation, from concept to execution. And because we are more than just an agency, our work always incorporates 20 years of experience within the financial group.

You will

  • Managing data-driven projects independently from start to finish – from requirements gathering and analysis of large, heterogeneous datasets to the derivation of well-founded recommendations for action.
  • Evaluate campaign and channel data and visualize how individual channels along the funnel stages affect the result.
  • Combine data from various sources, check for plausibility, and prepare it for analysis.
  • Create regular reports, analyses and dashboards for clients and develop them further to answer the relevant questions.
  • Together with clients, define and agree on KPIs that can be used to measure and control marketing and sales goals. Present and categorize results in client meetings and derive the next steps from them.

You are

  • Trained in a subject with an analytical focus, for example data science, economics, statistics or business informatics, and/or you bring professional experience in analytics, data consulting or digital marketing.
  • familiar with key performance indicators (KPIs) from digital marketing and campaigns and knows how to meaningfully interpret channel results
  • Experienced in working with large and inconsistent datasets, processing them cleanly, and building comprehensible analyses from them.
  • confident in processing analysis results in an understandable way and presenting them to clients
  • Strong in consulting when dealing with specialist departments and decision-makers, and able to reconcile different expectations.
  • Proficient in Power BI; knowledge of SQL and/or Python is an advantage.
  • You are structured, self-reliant, and enjoy working in small project teams with direct customer contact.

We offer you

  • an established company that is simultaneously a creative hotspot and embodies a start-up feeling
  • Your work is highly relevant, as our products are available to over 50 million savings bank customers.
  • a modern workplace at one of our locations
  • attractive opportunities for mobile working
  • flexible working hours in full-time (39 hours) or part-time positions
  • an attractive salary as well as company pension scheme/retirement savings plan, various employee benefits
  • Subsidy for job ticket
  • 30 days of vacation + 2 bank holidays (December 24th and 31st)
  • diverse further training opportunities
  • an inspiring work atmosphere, a relaxed dress code and nice colleagues
  • Trusting interaction in a friendly team with flat hierarchies
