AI & Machine Learning Consultant (m/f/d)

What can you expect?

• Machine Learning in technology consulting: Design and implement ML solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle – from use case identification and proof of concept to integration into complex IT and process landscapes.
• Process Transformation & Optimization: Analyze existing processes, identify automation and efficiency potentials, and implement data-driven improvements using modern ML and AI methods.
• Work with Python, common ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud/MLOps tools . Develop prototypes and securely deploy ML models into our customers' product environments.
• AI Governance & Digital Compliance: I advise our clients on responsible AI use , establish AI governance structures, and consider legal and ethical requirements for digital compliance.
• Workshops & Enablement: Prepare complex ML topics in an understandable way, lead AI workshops and training sessions , and enable departments to use AI effectively in everyday practice.
• Share and expand your professional expertise : Workshops and coaching sessions within your department offer a steep learning curve.

What are you bringing?

• Degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, data science, information and communications engineering or comparable fields of study
• Solid knowledge of Python and practical experience with common ML frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch)
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and interest in topics such as Reinforcement Learning and MLOps
• Strong communication skills, a structured work style, and a passion for conveying complex technical content in a practical way – especially in workshops and customer projects.
• Willingness to travel for national project assignments at our clients' sites
• Fluent German and English skills
