Your tasks
  • You will be responsible for regular analyses (weekly/monthly) of sell-out , channel performance and marketing spend - including a clear storyline and executive summary for relevant stakeholders.
  • You analyze and interpret market data from various sources (including IQVIA, Insight Health, Nielsen, Amazon Vendor/Central), translate business questions into clear data and KPI definitions , and derive drivers and concrete recommendations for action.
  • You will develop and maintain meaningful dashboards and reports (especially Power BI and Excel) and continuously optimize them (performance, usability, enablement of the specialist departments / self service ).
  • You ensure high data integrity through structured data management and quality checks, and reduce manual steps through standardization and automation.
Your profile
  • You have a completed degree (business administration or comparable) and at least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial/marketing analytics, BI or data-driven business analysis (ideally OTC/FMCG/consumer health).
  • You have a solid understanding of Data & BI as well as very good knowledge of Power BI (DAX, data modeling) and Excel; SQL experience and know-how about structured data models (e.g. Star Schema) are an advantage.
  • You possess a strong understanding of processes and end-to-end thinking : from data sources to KPI logic to the basis for management decisions. You are solution-oriented, contribute to the team, think innovatively and like to think outside the box.
  • You communicate clearly and transparently and have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level ).
