Job Description

You matter to us!

Dr. Dienst & Partner is part of a successful group of auditing and tax consulting firms. This group also includes a law firm, an IT consulting firm, and a management consultancy. More than 300 colleagues work together on exciting national and international projects.

You can look forward to a secure job with varied tasks. A good salary, great benefits, and individual professional development opportunities are a given for us. Our employees appreciate this – they rate us 4.5 stars on Kununu.

We are increasingly relying on AI-powered solutions to make internal processes more efficient and to offer our clients a modern service. To further implement our AI strategy, we are looking for a technically skilled individual at our Koblenz location who can reliably develop, operate, and advance large-language model-based applications.

Your tasks:

  • You will independently develop, operate, and optimize our LLM-based applications, which are currently connected to Azure OpenAI and Google Vertex.
  • You operate and further develop our AI ecosystem, which is based on OpenWebUI.
  • You will link our existing IT and data landscapes with LLM systems.
  • You identify relevant use cases in the law firm environment early on and drive their implementation forward.
  • You always keep an eye on data protection, compliance and governance.

What's important to us:

  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on AI or AI, or have a comparable qualification, and already have 4-6 years of experience in the aforementioned field.
  • Excellent Python skills and an understanding of scalable architectures are essential for you.
  • You feel confident working with APIs, models from Anthropic or OpenAI, and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation – e.g. through n8n or similar tools – will support you in implementing complex processes.
  • You are interested in digitalization in the law firm environment, even if you are not yet familiar with the industry.
  • You impress not only with your technical understanding, but also with your friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and teamwork. Your goal is to make technology understandable for people.
  • You can speak German at least at C1 level, both orally and in writing.
  • You show commitment, are flexible, have a quick grasp of things and pitch in instead of waiting around.
  • You enjoy taking on new and varied challenges and are constantly developing your skills.
  • You possess analytical thinking skills, a precise working method, and a high degree of trustworthiness.

What you can expect from us:

  • You can expect diverse and responsible tasks in an open and friendly team, as well as collaborative partnerships across all levels and flat hierarchies.
  • You can expect fair compensation with additional social benefits.
  • You will have the opportunity to propose new AI use cases yourself and be responsible for their implementation. A modern development environment with cloud resources will be available to you.
  • We offer you prospects for successful professional development as well as an attractive workplace with modern IT infrastructure in a barrier-free "Green Building" with parking facilities.
  • Our benefits also include various free drinks, fruit and one massage per month.
  • An attractive remote policy with up to 4 days per week offers you extensive flexibility.
  • You can work on real law firm processes and actively contribute to changing our processes.

Feel free to find out more about our other benefits on our website.

We value diversity and therefore invite everyone – regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/worldview, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity – to apply.

Do you want to do more than just experiment with Large Language Models; do you want to develop productive applications? Do you enjoy integrating modern AI technologies into real-world law firm processes? Then we look forward to receiving your application.
