Product Marketing Specialist EMEAI (m/w/d)

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align demand forecasting with market needs. You support developing competitive product, pricing, and offering strategies based on market insights and portfolio expertise. By supporting key accounts and sales activities, you actively contribute to the strong market positioning and sustainable growth of our product portfolio. This role reports to the Product Director EMEAI.
Key responsibilities:
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (business and/or technical - Chemical Engineer/Chemistry
4-5 years’ experience in commercial or other fields with exposure to the Allylics, Aormatics and Resins portfolio
Excellent English language skills, German is an asset
Prior experience in sales and supply chain is an asset
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, while fostering a team environment
Ability to effectively work in a global organization, across functions and across cultures
Strong analytical skills
Ability to summarize and present data in a logical, meaningful and effective manner
Self-starter mentality and team-based problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of various systems (e.g. SAP, AO, Excel, Power BI, AI tools)
